Return and Exchanges
Every item you receive from Coco Bonbons should be perfect for the special child in your life. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase providing that the items have not been worn or washed and the tags are still intact.* Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for return postage.
1. To return an item, circle the item on the packing slip you are returning. Note your reason for return.
2. Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by noting the name, color, size and quantity.
3. If shipping address has changed, please include the proper address.
4. Pack and seal return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
